Applications for the Un Prestige version of the Leading For A Change Course are now closed. We received an incredible 121 applications for the 6th cohort, and the programme is set to run from October through November 2026.

What Is Leading for a Change?
Leading for a Change is Lifesaver Intervention Initiative’s flagship leadership programme designed to equip young people with the skills, mindset, and networks they need to lead with purpose. The Un Prestige version is a free, accessible track that ensures no young person is excluded from leadership development because of financial barriers.
What Participants Will Learn
Over the course of the programme, participants will explore topics including self-awareness, emotional intelligence, public speaking, community leadership, and personal development — all guided by experienced mentors who have walked the path themselves.
Graduation is scheduled for November 14, 2026.
