Lifesaver Visits Ikeja Correctional Centre: Leadership Training and Community Outreach

On October 10, the Lifesaver Intervention Initiative will be visiting the Ikeja Correctional Centre for Boys, bringing a special teen-adapted version of our Leading for a Change programme alongside AI skills for automation training.

What to Expect

This community outreach is designed to bring the same transformative leadership training we offer through our flagship programmes directly to young people in the correctional system. The day’s programming includes:

  • Teen version of the Leading for a Change Programme — Adapted leadership curriculum designed specifically for adolescents
  • AI skills for automation — An introduction to how artificial intelligence tools can be used for everyday productivity
  • Mindshift on Purpose — A session on discovering and living with intention
  • Certificates — Participants receive certificates of completion
  • Food and gifts — Curated from donations we receive

We will be sharing with them on how to live a purpose-driven life. We would also share food as well as gifts curated from donations we receive. We are open to volunteers and partners who are interested in joining us for this community service.
